What if I want to get more than what I originally pledged for during the Kickstarter?

Yay! Glad to hear it. You are welcome to add as many items to your cart as you'd like. During checkout you can apply your Coupon Code to reduce the total cost by the amount you originally pledged. Any additional cost can be paid for by your choice of payment during check out.

I lost my coupon code, now what?

It happens. First you should search your inbox for "Your Backer Rewards for Tantrum House Season 11 Kickstarter" to see if you can find it. If you can't find it, you'll need to fill out our Contact Form. In the message be sure to include your Kickstarter Username and Email address so that we can verify your identity and send you the correct code.

I can't find the promo I am looking for.

You can use the navigation at the top of this page to sort between the different types of rewards that we have to offer. Once the page has populated you can then filter by alphabetical if you know the name of the game you are looking to find the promo for. You can also click on the magnifying glass in the top nav to search that way. If you still can't find the promo but are confident that it should be here, send us a note via our contact form and we'll be happy to help.

How does shipping work?

Once we have all of the items in your order, we will ship it. Please note that we have hundreds of unique orders to send as we allow you to select what you'd like instead of offering large sets of promos. We appreciate your patience.

The Split Shipment option is for backers who selected a Pre-Order item. Pre-Order promos will be arriving at Tantrum House throughout the year, and we will be posting an update on the Kickstarter page each month. You will receive an initial shipment including all items we currently have in stock. We will then send another shipment later in the year once the other pre-order promos have arrived. We will send a maximum of 3 shipments with this option.
